We’re hiring! As Orla prepares for maternity leave (and we couldn’t be happier for her), we’re looking for a Client Service Associate to join the team on a maternity leave contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working closely with clients in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting client relationships, coordinating account administration, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relations – Dedication to excellent client interaction combined with sincere appreciation for fostering trust and confidence.   Includes proactive client service calls and celebratory life events calls such as birthdays, anniversaries and welcoming of new family members. Understanding the client, their family values and priorities on a very personal level.

  • Marketing – The role also offers the opportunity to assist with our firm’s digital branding and client marketing/education initiatives. This important strategy and other initiatives will be leveraged using social media and other relevant platforms to reflect our beliefs and values. Coordinating the development and management of social media (including website) platforms.

  • Client Communication and Services – Scheduling of appointments and coordination of client events. Awareness of communication around business development opportunities while communicating with clients.
