What do you enjoy most about wealth management?

I enjoy the opportunity to build relationships with clients and provide them with exceptional service. I also appreciate the chance to learn about the financial industry and expand my knowledge. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on clients’ lives, and I find that incredibly motivating.

What’s the biggest challenge?

The biggest challenge I have ever faced was moving to Canada alone to pursue my master’s degree. It was tough being away from my family and friends and experiencing a huge culture shock at the same time. Fortunately, as an optimistic person who likes to keep myself busy, I quickly adapted myself to life here by engaging in various activities and making friends.

What do you love most about being part of The Andrews Group?

Working alongside a talented team of professionals is incredibly stimulating. I appreciate the opportunity to collaborate on solutions and learn from my colleagues.

What quality of yours makes you the best suited to do what you do?

I pay close attention to detail and strive for excellence in day-to-day client support. Ensuring that every client interaction is handled with care and precision is my top priority.

How should people think about their wealth?

Wealth comes with a certain level of responsibility. It’s important to manage it wisely, both for personal benefit and to potentially make a positive impact on the world.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I do yoga and swimming regularly to find inner balance and stay fit. I also have a keen interest in hiking and boating, which is a great way to enjoy nature and unwind.

What would you be doing if you weren’t working for The Andrews Group?

I would see myself remaining in the financial sector, particularly in a role where I can interact directly with clients.

What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

Achieving the highest syllabus level (Gold) of Latin dance as an amateur. It took me five years of dedicated practice and instilled in me the invaluable qualities of perseverance and resilience.

What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?

Accomplishing my Master of Finance degree in my early 20s and spending the last nine years working in the financial industry which I absolutely love.

What was the most influential book you’ve read and why?

Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg. It is a valuable resource for anyone who wants to improve their communication skills, build stronger relationships, and create a more peaceful world.
