What quality of yours makes you best suited to do what you do?
My genuine care, positive attitude, and respect towards people. The trust that is earned over time provides a safe, confidential environment from which to form a strong, long-term client relationship. This will allow me to help our clients accomplish great things and have a memorable journey along the way.
How should people think about their wealth?
People should think about their wealth as something that is unique to them but doesn’t have to be over complicated. The uniqueness of it is simply how and what they want to do for themselves and their family. To not overcomplicate does not mean that the issues themselves are not complicated. It is our responsibility to simplify these complexities for our clients so that they can understand and come away with peace of mind and confidence about their situation.
What do you love to do outside of work?
I love to remain active by playing and watching sports like; golf, football, baseball, and basketball. I also love to spend time with family and friends, visiting and playing board games.
What would you be doing if you weren’t working for The Andrews Group?
If I wasn’t working for TAG, I would get involved with some sort of youth sports non-for-profit organization and teach kids varying levels of sports that they can’t afford to be put in by their parents.
What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?
I am most proud of being the first in my family to complete University and doing it with a major and minor degree. I am also proud to have played high-level, semi-pro baseball.
What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am proud to have acquired various key financial designations. I am also proud to have undergone Team coaching courses and events that enhance my ability to be a leader on the Team.
What was the most influential book you’ve read and why?
Having deep-seated roots in sports, it may be surprising but the most influential book I have read is Michael Jordan’s Autobiography. Seeing how one of the greatest athletes ever, struggled to make it and how he blossomed into a global icon was very interesting and inspiring. Comparing his struggles and some of my personal challenges reinforced for me that resiliency and tenacity are essential character traits to have in my own life.
