Decentralizing the Business Owner

A business can be dependent on the owner or independent of the owner. A decentralized organization structure in business can relieve the burden of management on the owner and have positive results for employees and clients. As Michael Gerber quoted “If your business cannot run with you, you haven’t got a business, you have a job.” There are substantial risks to the family, employees, and finances if a business is completely dependent on the owner.
