I love the environment and culture. The team here is focused on both career and personal success. As a team, we are very future-focused and constantly thinking of ways to innovate.
What quality of yours makes you best suited to do what you do?
I love to connect with people and am an intuitive individual.
How should people think about their wealth?
People should think of their wealth as something that needs to be discussed and managed. Often the topic of money becomes taboo and is not talked about or shared. When it comes to wealth, knowledge and education is a key component. Having a professional team, who are experts in specific areas of wealth management is important. Mentoring the younger generations on how to continue to grow wealth is equally rewarding for families.
What do you love to do outside of work?
I enjoy playing board and card games, listening to music, playing the piano, and going for walks and hikes in nature.
What would you be doing if you weren’t working for The Andrews Group?
I would be in a similar position where I interact with people daily.
What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
With a previous employer, I was hired to create a long-term position and role within the firm. This meant there was no processes, structure, or job description. The company never had an an office team before. I successfully created office workflow, structured processes, job descriptions and a collaborative communication flow between the office and the field employees.
What was the most influential book you’ve read and why?
You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life. By Jen Sincero. I am not much of ferocious reader, but this book really hit home for me. This book helped expand my mindset and helped me accept myself as is and to use my strengths to achieve my goals.
